Holes and cracks are typically quick and easy fixes. Water damage, however, can often be caused by other structural issues… These issues will redamage the drywall again after repair in many cases. We go the extra mile to assess the water damage and provide an opinion on whether or not a contractor should come out to further assess the damage before the repairs are completed.
